Munif Salek, MD, FCCP
Dr. Munif Salek has been practicing in the valley since 1998 in the field of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. He is Board Certified in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. He received his Medical Degree at the University of Damascus School of Medicine with Honors. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at USC (University of Southern California) and completed a Fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care. He is an Active Staff Member at all the local hospitals including Temecula Valley, Rancho Springs, Menifee, Loma Linda University Medical Center - Murrieta and Inland Valley.
Dr. Ricardo Vega, MD, FCCP, FAASM
Live life to the fullest has been the modus operandi of Dr. Vega.
Always doing something.
From Med School to climbing as a semipro and avid outdoorsman, Dr. Vega completed Med School abroad and completed his training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in his specialty of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine.
Happily married, he has 4 adult children and one 5 year old that occupies most of his free time.
Becoming a Pulmonologist has been a dream of his since Med School and the way he reaches a special connection with his patients.
With over 22 years of experience in his specialty, Dr. Vega's professional goal is to form a strong Pulmonary team that is able to better serve the community and improve the quality of care in the Valley.
We have recognized in the midst of the pandemic that working together has been more effective for the community and this has inspired us to go all the way.
Just don't ask him about his climbing goals unless it is with a cup of coffee and a comfy chair in front of him.
Dr. Stefan Sien, D.O.
Dr. Stefan Sien obtained his undergraduate degree in Biology at Pepperdine University, located in Malibu, CA. After several years working as a registered Radiation Therapist in the San Francisco Bay Area, he was bitten by the medicine bug and attended Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, where he obtained his medical degree. Upon graduation, he relocated his family to Akron, OH where he first completed his internship at Summa Health Systems - Akron City Hospital, the city's first Level I trauma hospital, followed by his residency in Internal Medicine at Western Reserve Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. He worked as a hospitalist physician for a year before moving to Pontiac, MI for a combined Fellowship in both Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine.
In addition to pulmonary consultations, he also performs bronchoscopy with endobronchial ultrasound guided biopsies, for the diagnosis and staging of lung cancer, and bronchial thermoplasty for the treatment of severe, refractory asthma.
He is board certified in Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and Internal Medicine. He is a member of several professional societies, including the American Osteopathic Association, the American Medical Association, the Osteopathic Physicians & Surgeons of CA, the American College of Osteopathic Internists, the American College of Chest Physicians and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. He has privileges at 5 hospitals, including Loma Linda University Med Ctr (Murrieta), Inland Valley Med Ctr, Rancho Springs Med Ctr, Temecula Valley Hospital and Menifee Global Med Ctr.
He is a participant in the residency training programs at Temecula Valley Hospital, in addition to his responsibilities as an Associate Professor of Medicine at Western University of Health Sciences, his alma mater.
Dr. Hassan Haddadin, MD, MMM, CPE, FCCP, FAASM
Dr. Haddadin completed fellowships in pulmonary disease and sleep medicine, as well as critical care medicine, at Mt. Sinai Medical Center Hospital in New York, where he also did his residency in internal medicine. He earned his medical degree from Ernst-Moritz-Arndt University in Greifswald, Germany. He holds a Master degree in Medical Management (MMM) from USC. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Haddadin is affiliated with all local hospitals, Inland Valley, Rancho Springs, Temecula valley, Loma Linda Medical Center and Menifee Global Hospital Center
Dr. Haddadin is on the medical staff at UCSD and Loma Linda university medical center where he still practices critical care medicine at the local hospitals.
Prior to that, Dr. Haddadin practiced pulmonary, Critical care and sleep medicine and held administrative roles at Trios Medical Group in Kennewick, Washington including department of medicine chair, president of the medical staff and credential committee chair. He was the medical director of the intensive care unit. He is a fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, as well as a member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine, the American Thoracic Society, and American Association of Physician Leadership.
Dr. Haddadin is fluent in Arabic and German in addition to English. During his free time he enjoys biking, soccer and travel.
